Poetry: Hope's Seed

                          Hope's Seed

This I tell you, is certain,
The roads for me aren't paved this way,
Neither is this deep anguish it brings along,
Where are the flowers peeking by the rocks?
Or the greetings from the Sun when in despair?
Peering through the mountain slopes,
Beyond the horizons of the living beings,
Fading its light into the ether,
Clearing its throne for the arrival of the crescent,
Perked majestically,
On the mellow Stygian heavens above,

Why then does this chasmic penuma,
Spread throughout this mortal existence,
Feel so burdened,
Oh,
How unbearable this is,
For a beating thew beneath these bossom,
These intense poundings seems agonizing,
As if these wounds are sore,
Drenched in hot brewing tar,
Scorched and blisterred,
From this ceaseless torments of life's journey,
Brought onto itself,
This soul cries out,
Longing to be freed,
Away from this toxic mouths,
And murderous words uttered along these corridors,

Born of the same blood and tears,
Your spirit is coloured beautifully as mine,
Can't you feel it dancing on the floors of your heart?
Or hear it singing through the streams of your blood?
Flowing ever gracefully yet powerful,
Seeking the will to live,
At every breath you take

So my dear sweet being,
These fetters of shame don't define you,
Nor are the echoes of failure resounding in your head,
Brush those dust resting on your shoulders,
Water your roots and feed your soil,
Your petals of love are meant to bloom,
Let the bees feed on you,
As your nectar of life overflows,
From your gold chalice of creation,
And like miniscule million pollen,
Allow your kindness drift along,
With the tune of the gentle wind,
And wake another soul's heart,
Sowing seeds of hope.
