One More Day
With a bright kiss on my skin
Along the pavements
beneath this worn nurses shoes
Strutting pass the same flowers
I say hello to everyday
They danced in contentment
To the music playing in my ears
Of strings and keys
Little pigeons gathered
Under the old Banyan tree
Grazing over the rich green grass
Serenity was bliss for a moment
The blue skies blessed me in its beauty
To go forth
And live another Day
